Store Policies 


Return Policy 

Please be advised that all items are final sale and nun-refundable, due to health and hygiene reasons. If your order arrives and you mistakenly receive a wrong size, color, or wrong item is sent, please immediately email Kirungi.Nass@gmail.com, regarding the problem. Customer service will reach out to you and work on solving the error. Extra information, and or photos of the product, may be required from you to help reach a solution. Once complete, an email will be sent from customer service, with the results of your order. If necessary, a store credit will be issued for the amount that was paid. The store credit can be used towards any future purchases, and no return of the product will be necessary.

For any other problems or concerns with an order, please email Kirungi.Nass@gmail.com. Please include your name, email used to place the order, and order number. Your email will be answered as quickly as possible.

 


Sold Out Items

An order placed on an item that’s been sold out, but has not yet been updated on the website, will be refunded. Inventory might sometimes take longer than normal to update, causing customers to place orders on sold out items.  You will receive an email from customer service explaining the error, and a refund of the amount paid will be returned.

*Certain products, but not all may be restocked. Please subscribe, or create an account to keep up with restock dates, and newly stocked items.

 


Shipping

Please allow about 1-5 days for order fulfillment. Please be advised that orders may take about 7- 30 days for delivery. We are a new small company, and we thank you for being patient with us as we work to get your orders delivered to you as fast as possible!
